La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts was founded by Chef Donald Infante. His passion for culinary arts is fueled by being born a chef. He learned his skills in Pampanga, the culinary capital of the Philippines.

 

Refining his trade, Chef Don was hand selected to work in one of the top luxury hotels in Missouri, USA. After which, he decided to pass on the extensive knowledge he had gained by returning to the Philippines and opening culinary schools in parts of the country where culinary education is lacking.

The school quickly became a beacon of hope for aspiring chefs in the province, offering high-quality culinary education without the need to leave the province.

​

LFBCCA is the only premier school in Cagayan that offers diploma in culinary arts with guaranteed training opportunity locally and internationally.

​

The goals and ofjective of La Flamme Bleue are student centered. Our main goal is to hone the culinary skills of our students, to instill to our futur chefs social and leadership values, and to prepare them to be one of the leading chefs of the culinary industry. LFBCCA's aims to be the breeding ground for for excellent and socially-responsible chefs.

Aware that being locked down can trigger emotional and psychological stresses, we have taken measures to assist you in crucial areas as we make sure that the quality of education that our students will get this school year is the best we can give, and that it will also continue to improve.
