La Flamme Bleue Center for Culinary Arts was founded by Chef Donald Infante in the city of Iloilo in 2016. His passion for culinary arts was fueled by being born in the culinary capital of the Philippines, Pampanga where he also learned craft.

Refining his trade, Chef Don was hand selected to work in one of the top luxury hotels in Missouri, USA. After which, he decided to pass on the extensive knowledge he had gained by returning to the Philippines and opening culinary schools in the regional parts of the country where culinary education is lacking.

The school quickly became a centre of excellence for aspiring chefs in the province, offering internationally certified and recognized culinary education without the need to leave the province.

LFBCCA is the premier school in Cagayan offering a 12 month diploma in culinary arts with guaranteed training opportunity locally and internationally.

The goals and objective of La Flamme Bleue are student centered. Our main goal is to hone the culinary skills of our students, to instill to our future chefs social and leadership values, and to prepare them to be one of the leading chefs of the culinary industry. LFBCCA's aims to be the breeding ground for for excellent and socially-responsible chefs.

Our MISSION is to open a branch in every Region and implement an internationally recognized curriculum paired with international training.

Our VISION is to elevate Culinary training standards in provincial regions of the Philippines to the highest International standard affording our students the broadest range of employment and business opportunities globally.
