Application Process
STEP 1
Reservation
- Settle a reservation payment PHP 5,000.00 to secure a slot. This will be deducted to the total tuition.
NOTE: This is non-refundable but transferable if allowed by the management.
STEP 2
Enrollment
- An initial payment of PHP 25,000.00 for Diploma students is required. This is payable on or before the orientation date and will be deducted to the total tuition.
NOTE : Knife set, apron and uniform won't be released unless this is paid.
STEP 3.
Submission of Requirements
- Completely fill out and submit the registration form.
- Requirements should be submitted on or before the orientation date.
* 1 Photocopy of Medical Certificates
(Urinalysis, Stool and X-ray)
* 1 Photocopy of Health Card
* 3 Photocopies of Diploma/TOR/ Form 137/138
* 3 photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate ( if married )
* 3 pcs Passport Size ID
* 1 Long Folder
* 1 Long Envelope
