Returns Made Simple

• You can return most items within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in good condition.

• Perishable food items and customized products can’t be returned (unless they arrive damaged or incorrect).

Dmaged or Wrong Orders

• If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, let us know within 48 hours.

• We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund (excluding shipping).
   

Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days once we receive and check your returned item.

• Refunds go back to your original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.
   

Exchanges

• We’re happy to exchange items if they are damaged or incorrect.

• Just email us with your order details.
